Scope

FairyDeck is a static expert platform. It has no user accounts, newsletter or embedded calendar. The website includes a contact form handled by Formcarry.

Calendar buttons open an external Cal page. Data entered there is submitted to Cal and made available to Piotr Mucha only as needed to arrange and manage the requested meeting.

Data needed to deliver and secure the website

The hosting and network layer necessarily processes technical request data such as an IP address, request time, requested path, response status and browser information. This is used to deliver the website, diagnose failures and protect it from abuse.

The consent manager stores a versioned first-party record in localStorage. It contains only the policy version and granted or denied states for analytics and advertising. Missing, invalid or outdated data is treated as no consent.

Contact form

The form sends Formcarry the name, email address, optional company or team name, selected type of need and message entered by the visitor. Formcarry may also process technical submission data such as an IP address and browser information to deliver the form and protect it from spam.

The data is used to respond, assess whether the enquiry is a suitable fit and take steps requested by the person before a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in handling correspondence and business relationships.

Form content is not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads. After separate advertising consent, Google Ads may receive only a signal that Formcarry confirmed a successful submission; it receives none of the form fields. Do not include passwords, access credentials or special-category data such as health information, political views or ethnic origin in the message.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

Google Analytics 4 is blocked until analytics consent is granted and production measurement is explicitly enabled. Before any grant, rejecting optional analytics does not load the Google tag or send a measurement request to Google.

After consent, GA4 measurement ID G-N9SBKSFHXT processes an explicit sanitized page view and may generate standard events such as first_visit, session_start and user_engagement. Enhanced Measurement is disabled, so FairyDeck does not use its automatic scroll, site-search, form, video, file-download or outbound-click events.

For standard Analytics reporting, Google may receive a first-party client ID stored in the _ga cookie, session identifiers and statistics, approximate geolocation, browser, device and screen information, page title and language, and a sanitized page path and referrer. FairyDeck does not set a user ID or send names, email addresses, phone numbers or booking data.

FairyDeck additionally sends the custom calendar_cta_click event. FairyDeck adds three custom parameters: meeting duration (30 or 60 minutes), page language and CTA placement. Google may associate standard Analytics parameters and identifiers with this event; FairyDeck does not add booking details, form data or a full link URL.

Google Ads conversion measurement is blocked until separate advertising consent is granted. After consent, Google Ads destination AW-18317558752 may use advertising storage and technical measurement identifiers, including an ad click ID, to associate a successful form submission with an earlier ad interaction. The ad_user_data consent signal is then granted for tag-based conversion measurement, but FairyDeck does not pass form fields or user_data. Advertising personalization remains denied.

Only after Formcarry returns a confirmed success does FairyDeck send a conversion event and the public conversion destination. It does not send a name, email address, company, type of need, message or user_data. Enhanced Conversions and automatic detection of user-provided data are disabled in the Google Ads account.

Service providers and transfers

Technical data may be handled by providers supporting hosting and network delivery. Formcarry (Teijal, Inc.) acts as the processor for form submissions and, when that feature is enabled, sends a notification to Piotr's mailbox. After the relevant consent, Google provides analytics or advertising conversion measurement. When you choose to book, Cal provides the external scheduling service.

Formcarry states that form data is stored on servers in Frankfurt. Limited access by US personnel and processing by required subprocessors are subject to the safeguards described in its data processing agreement, including Standard Contractual Clauses. Other providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the terms described in their privacy and transfer information. FairyDeck does not embed a Cal script or iframe.

Retention

The local consent record remains in this browser until it is cleared or a new policy version requires another choice. Technical delivery data is retained only for the period needed to operate, secure and diagnose the website.

Form submissions remain in Formcarry while the account is active or until deletion. Piotr removes submissions from the dashboard and corresponding email copies when they are no longer needed to handle the enquiry or business relationship; longer retention applies only where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Analytics, advertising conversion and booking data is retained according to the approved settings of the relevant Google Analytics, Google Ads and Cal accounts and only for as long as needed for measurement, contact handling and business record obligations. The GA4 and Google Ads settings were verified before activation. Cal measurement remains disabled and would require a separate review before activation.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Send a request to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority.

Change your choice

Use Privacy settings below or in the footer to accept, reject or customize optional measurement. Required first-party storage is used only to remember this choice.
